The very rude lady at the front desk explained that there was no guarantee of a room until 7pm even though check-in is at 3pm. The kids were antsy after being bound up. Over 90 minutes later, we asked again about the rooms. We were told that it would be 30 to 45 minutes before even 1 of the 3 rooms were ready. After calling to confirm check-in time of 3 pm, we arrived as a group at 3:30 pm. Group of 10 of us planned holiday/birthday trip in 3 rooms (4 kids).
